CARROLL, LOLA MARIE - 1926 - 2014 - Lola Marie Carroll, 87, of Richiboucto-Village, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris de Kent Hospital, on Saturday, June 21st, 2014. She was married to Alan Carroll. Born in Sainte-Anne de Kent, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and the late Rosanne (Belliveau) Poirier. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 31 years, Alan, her two sisters; Odila Gould of Margate, FL and Theresa Caissie of Leominster, Mass, her two sisters-in-law; Aurore Poirier of Richiboucto and Nellie Maillet of Bouctouche, her brother-in-law, Hector LeBlanc of Saint-John, NB, several nieces and nephews and many friends. Lola Marie was predeceased by two sisters; Rita and Madelaine and three brothers; Lionel, Dosithe and Auguste.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue Roman Catholic Church in Richiboucto-Village on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 4:00pm. A lunch will be served in the Community Centre after the service at which time the family will be receiving condolences. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In Lola Marie’s memory a donation can be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
