The death occurred at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit on Friday, July 25, 2014 of David W. Crew of Stratford, age 74 years.
Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Ellis). Devoted father of Russell (Susie), Jeff (Denise), Adam (Sarah) and Dominic (Leah). Granddad to Sam, Issy, Addison, Roman, Nat, Darcey, Oscar, Charlie, Milla and Maggie Rose. Brother of Fred (predeceased), Jean Burnage, Linda Walker and Jim Crew.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
Family flowers only, however, if so desired memorials to the Hospice Palliative Care Association of P.E.I. or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Oncology Unit would be appreciated.
