HACHEY, DÉLIA - 1917 – 2014 - Délia Hachey, 97, of Manoir Pascal Poirier, Shediac and formerly of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the CHUDUMONT, Moncton on Saturday, August 2nd, 2014. She was married to the late Fabien Hachey (1981). Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Adeline (Richard) Bourgeois. She will be sadly missed by her son Edward "Ed" (Geneva) of Shediac, her thirteen special grandchildren, her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Sally LeBlanc (Al) of New Bedford and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two daughter; Aldéa and Aline, one son Gerald, one granddaughter Paula, two sisters, Irène and Marguerite and three brothers, Eddy, Cloris and Olivier.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Tuesday, August 5th at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery. In Délia’s memory donations may be made to the CHUDUMONT Foundation «Palliative Care Unit».
