MELANSON, THERESE - Therese Melanson of Memramcook passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Center on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at the age of 88. Born on July 30, 1926 in Haute Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Bourgeois and the late Delima LeBlanc. She will be sadly missed by her special friend, Pierre Belliveau; two daughter, Alfreda Caissie and Jeanne Melanson both of Moncton; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Margerita Gautreau of Shediac; two step-daughter; Marise Leger of Shediac and Marianne Dupuis of Notre Dame and three step-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Willie, two sisters Camilla and Edmée and by her husband Fred Melanson.
There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook church, St-Joseph on Friday, September 19 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
