LENNON, WENDELL - The passing of Wendell Lennon of Perth-Andover occurred at the Hotel Dieu of Saint Joseph Hospital on October 3, 2014.
Born in Medford, NB, on March 5, 1929, he was the son of the late John and Sophia (Dixon) Lennon. Wendell leaves behind his wife Grace Lennon (Newlands); his daughters Wendy Depow (Charles) of Woodstock, Marilyn Lennon of Fredericton; his sons John Lennon (Kim) of Fredericton, Derek Lennon (Louise) of Perth-Andover; his sister Edna Watson of Bath; his brother Byron Lennon (Martha) of Framingham, Mass; eight grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers Wilfred and Bernard Lennon.
In keeping with Wendell's wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Longmoore officiating. Interment will follow in the Presbyterian Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations to the IWK Children's Hospital or to the Canadian MS Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
