CORMIER, YVONNE - Yvonne Cormier of Foyer Saint Thomas, Memramcook (formerly of Pré-D’en-Haut) passed away at her residence on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the age of 88. Born on August 3, 1926 in Haut du Ruisseau, she was the daughter of the late Athanas Cormier and the late Elizabeth Doucet. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Annette (Freddy) LeBlanc of Calgary; three sons, Bernard (Rose-Irène) Cormier of Dieppe, Leonide (Rosa) Cormier of Pré-D’en-Haut and Valerie (Aline) Cormier of Dieppe; nine grandchlidren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Fredda (late Emery) LeBlanc of Waltham; three brothers, Albert (late Dora) Cormier of Moncton, Léandre (Lorette) Cormier of College-Bridge and Léo Cormier of Waltham and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Yvon W. (2002), two sisters, Béatrice and Thérèse and by one brother Aurèle.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Sunday, November 23 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at the Notre Dame de l’Annonciation church in Pré-D’en-Haut on Monday, November 24 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
