LeBLANC, PAULETTE - It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Paulette (Gaudet) LeBlanc, 66 years of age, on Thursday, November 20th, 2014 at the Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Centre after a period of declining health. She was born in Moncton on May 30th 1948 to Bernard and Thérèse (Belliveau) Gaudet. She married Jean-Paul LeBlanc and they lived in Dieppe, Rimouski, QC and Fredericton. Following JP’s death and after her retirement, she returned to Dieppe. She is survived by her mother Thérèse of Foyer Saint Thomas Memramcook, sister Denise (Yvon) Léger of Saint Joseph, brother Camille (Monique) Gaudet of Moncton, several nieces and nephews, grandnephews and grandnieces. She was predeceased by her husband Jean-Paul (2002) and father Bernard (2004). She dearly loved her four legged friends: Sam, Fifi, Peewee, Butch and presently Spanky and Oliver. She worked for Human Resources Development Canada in Fredericton until her retirement.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Dupuis Funeral Home Ltd, Memramcook where the family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, November 29th from 9 a.m. until time of the service at 11 a.m. Donations can be made to the SPCA or the Fondation CHU Dumont Foundation (Cardiology and Palliative Care). www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
