SAULNIER, GÉRARD - 1919-2014 - Gérard Saulnier, 95, of Residence Cote D` Or and formerly of Notre-Dame, passed away at the Dr Georges-L-Dumont UHC, on Sunday November 30, 2014. He was married to the late Yvette (Saulnier) Saulnier (2001). Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Alfred and the late Bibienne (Dollard) Saulnier. He will be sadly missed by his children; Norma LeBlanc (Charles), Freda Saulnier (Denis Richard), Barbara Saulnier (Tony Goguen) all of Notre-Dame, Donald (Delta) of Marlboro, MA, Terry (Ronda) of Moncton, eleven grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his sisters; Marie Babineau (Paul), Alice Babineau, both of Notre-Dame, Alvina Meunier of Montreal, brothers; Edgar (Germaine), Freddy (Angela), both of Saint-Antoine and several nieces and nephews. Gérard was predeceased by two daughters; Bernice (1999) and Angela and three brothers; Edouard, Alyre and Emile.
Visitations will be held in the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, in Notre-Dame on Thursday December 4, 2014, from 2 to 3:45pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Church, on Thursday December 4, 2014 at 4:00pm. In Gérard `s memory a donation can be made to CHU Dumont foundation.
