RYAN, LAURISE -1934-2014- Laurise Ryan, 80, of Bouctouche, passed away at the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste, on Wednesday December 3, 2014. She was married to the late George A Ryan. Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Arsène and the late Emerise (Duplessis) LeBlanc. Laurise was a homemaker and mother to many over the years; she loved having her family and friends over for family reunions.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Bernice Ryan (Howard McLaren), Charles, both of Bouctouche, Lawrence (Yolanda) of Calgary, adopted daughters; Christine Robichaud of Calgary and Marie Robichaud of Gardner, MA, her grandchildren; Christopher, Tiffany, Idoko, Tyler, Travis, Monika, Joshua and five great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her sisters; Donalda Maillet (Alphonse) of Oromocto, Ella Cormier (Eric) of Grand-Barachois, Irène Roy of Moncton, Géralda LeBlanc of Bouctouche, her brothers; Gérald (Gisèle) of Bouctouche , Donald (Anise) of Moncton and several nieces and nephews. Laurise was predeceased by a daughter, Lucy, a sister, Anne-Marie and four brothers; Léo, Emerie, Irenée and Ronaldo.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église in Bouctouche, on Monday December 8, 2014 from 2 to 3:45pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, on Monday December 8,2014 at 4:00pm. In Laurise`s memory a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society or to the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste.
