MOORE, REBECCA ELLEN - It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Beckie Moore of Lakeville Corner, NB on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at her daughter’s home in Fredericton, NB. Born in Marietta, Georgia, USA she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Betty (Pace) Moore and wife of the late William Curtis (Don) George. Beckie will always be remembered for her love of family and books. She enjoyed her 17 year career as a consultant for the NB Department of Education and her wonderful sense of humor will not soon be forgotten. Beckie is survived by her only child, Tasha George Richards and her husband David of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Kyra George Lund and her husband Ben and Lydia, Frank and Emmeline Barnett; brother, Jerry Moore and his wife Ann of Georgia, USA; and several extended family members.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Byno Cemetery. Memorial tributes in Beckie’s honor may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Fredericton Extra Mural Program.
