Passed peacefully away at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on Dec. 7, 2014, Mrs. Phyllis Cunard of Brig Bay in her 58th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Eli; son Jason (Tina); daughter Jessica; grandchild Austyn; her parents Stanley and Amy Coates; brothers Kevin (Dorothy), Dennis (Lilly), and Jun (Emma); sisters Bernette and Valerie (Leon); brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, as well as a large circle of other family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Visitation took place at the St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Lower Cove from where the funeral service was held on Thursday, Dec. 11 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Marlene Harvey officiating. Interment followed in the Anglican Cemetery in Eddies Cove East. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
