DALY, MICHAEL PAUL - The death of Mike Daly of Quispamsis, husband to Henrietta Igloliorte, occurred on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Anna (Simon) Daly, Frederick Daly and his son, Robert. In addition to his wife he will be lovingly remembered by his children; Michael and Tabatha Daly, Thomas Daly, Terri and Mark Irish and their mother Terry Daly, Nicholas Daly, Madison Daly, Dinah Buston and Alan Buston. Also survived by several brothers and sisters; Kathleen Foster (Theodore), Tom Daly (Valerie), William Daly (Jeanie), Susan McQuade (Andrew), James Daly (Donna) and Lynn Castle (David) as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mike enjoyed listening to music and playing the guitar. He also was a great sportsman who loved playing hockey and ball but his greatest love was that of his family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John (634-1965). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th, held at 11am in St. Pius X Church followed by a private family burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. www.fitzpatrickfh.com.
