1925-2014. General Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1946; passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center on December 28th, 2014, age 89. Predeceased by parents Bessie and Issac, husband Matthew, son Garrett, infant daughter Butler, brother Jack (Florence), and sister Nellie. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is her son Bill (Shirley); daughter-in-law Carol; grandchildren Bill (Laurie), Darrell (Kelly), Robyn (Jason), Lori (Jason), Pamela (Adam), and Andrew; great grandchildren, whom she cherished, Kaitlen, Brianna, Leah, Evan, Jenna, Maria, Abbigail, Alyssa, Daniel, and Jaxon; brother Ellis; brother-in-law Bert (Laura); special family members Sharon, Russell, and Sherri Henniger as well as Ralph (Debbie) Vokey; a large number of nieces and nephews; and a large number of friends, especially Judy. Visitation will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Friday, January 2nd and Saturday, January 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, Jan 4th at 2:30 pm at the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Cremation to follow. Interment to be announced at a later date.
