LeBLANC, LÉOLA - 1930 - 2015 - Léola LeBlanc, 84, of Sainte-Anne de Kent, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Sunday, January 11th, 2015. Born in Sainte-Anne de Kent, she was the daughter of the late Alderic and the late Joséphine (Arsenault) LeBlanc. Léola worked as a waitress and a hostess in restaurants in Quebec for 55 years, after which she moved back to Sainte-Anne de Kent. She will be sadly missed by her sister Rita LeBlanc-Nowlan (Arsène) of Laval, QC and one brother Normand of Montreal, three nieces and three nephews, as well as several great-nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother Valmond.
Visitations will be held at the Sainte-Anne de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Wednesday, January 14th, 2015 from 1 to 2:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Sainte-Anne de Kent Church on Wednesday, January 14th, 2015 at 3:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Léola’s memory donations may be made to the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital Foundation. The family would like to say a special thank you to her great friend Lizianne Caissie of Sainte-Anne de Kent.
