(February 5, 1937 - January 11, 2015) - Passed peacefully in the arms of his loving wife Judy (nee Noseworthy) to join the Lord in Heaven on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, William Shea, age 77 years. He was loved dearly by many especially his wife Judy of 28 years, close friends Bob and Isabel George and Philip Newell. Also leaving to mourn sons Christopher Guy, Halifax and Christopher Michael, Ottawa, one surviving sister Cathe Little (Len), Halifax, brother Rick (Nancy), Halifax, sisters-in-law Sandra Gibb; Marilyn Baxter (Ted), Leah Mullett (Abe), Gloria Davis (Tim) and Barbara Young (Sherwood), brothers-in-law Andy Noseworthy (Gail) and Cyril Noseworthy (Betty). He will also be missed by many other relatives and friends. Judy would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff of the Fairhaven Unit for the unconditional love and care shown to both her and Bill throughout his time as a resident and patient. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday, January 15 from 7-9 pm and Friday, January 16, 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church, 1 Ambassador Place, Mount Pearl on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 10 am. Interment at the United Church Cemetery Green's Harbour.
