Of Kitchener, Ontario and formerly of St. John's, died peacefully in Cambridge, Ontario on 16 January 2015 in her 90th year. She is survived by sisters Minnie Norris of Kitchener and Mary Kean of St. John's, special nephew Philip Norris of Fairhope, Alabama, special niece Elizabeth Atkinson and special grand-niece Aynsley Atkinson of Kitchener, and a large number of nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Sadie was predeceased by her father and mother, Thomas and Mary Alice (Perry) Parsons, brothers William, Jesse, Percie and Samuel Parsons and sisters Ethel (Boyd) Way, Frances (Alex) Kean and Annie Parsons. A service to celebrate Sadie's life was held at Holy Saviour Anglican Church, Waterloo, Ontario. Interment to take place during summer 2015 at the Anglican Cemetery, Newton, Bonavista Bay. Donations in Sadie's memory may be made to St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newton, Bonavista Bay, NL A0G 3L0, and Lisaard House, 990 Speedsville Road, Cambridge, ON N3H 4R6. Sadie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her family with whom she lived (Minnie Norris and Elizabeth, Aynsley and Logan Atkinson).
