The funeral for the late Charles 'Sandy' Allen that was scheduled for today (Wednesday) will be cancelled due to the inclement weather and is rescheduled with visitation held Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, North River, from 12-1 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Wheeler officiating.
