MELANSON, ANITA
Anita Melanson of Foyer St-Thomas St-Joseph passed away at the Foyer St-Thomas on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the age of 80. Born on February 24, 1935 in Memramcook she was the daughter of late Philias Cormier and the late Ruth LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Lisa Cormier and Francine Belliveau of Memramcook; two sisters, Angela (Edouard) Gould of Shediac and Marie (late Alfred) Boudreau of Dieppe; one brother, Alphonse (Thèrese) Cormier of Shediac; four grandchildrens, Jacob, Julie, Luke, Mario; three sisters-in-law Bernice Cormier, Annette Cormier, and Edmée Cormier and by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband Antoine Cormier (1974) and her second husband Fred Melanson (1993); four sisters, Pascaline, Florence, Alma, Evangeline; four brothers, Leonard, Paul, Andre, Antoine.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Friday, February 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at the St.Thomas de Memramcook church St-Joseph on Saturday, February 28 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held at the Saint Thomas de Memramcook cemetery.
