FERRIS, WINSLOW THEODORE

The death of Winslow Theodore Ferris of Burton, NB, occurred on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born June 14th, 1929, he was the son of the late Stewart and Cleola Ferris.
Winslow is survived by his wife Edith Ferris of Burton, NB; sons, Carl (Pauline) Ferris of Fredericton, NB and Terry (Trish) Ferris of Hanwell, NB; brother, Calvin (Linda) Ferris of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Gregory and Melissa Ferris and sister- in-law Beatrice Ferris. Winslow will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Winslow is predeceased by his brother George Ferris.
Visitation will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home on Monday, March 16th, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 17th at 2:00 pm with Rev. Steven Ferris officiating. Interment will be held in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Winslow’s memory can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
