GOGUEN, EDRIS
Edris Goguen of Sunset Village, Moncton passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Center on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the age of 79. Born on August 8, 1935 in Petitcodiac, she was the daughter of the late Leon (Mabel) Mann and the late Myrtle Patterson.
After her retirement, she was a member of the Lions Club of Dieppe, an avid bingo player and loved spending time with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Jocelyn (Raymond) Gould of Old Shediac Rd; two sons, Reginald (Beverly) Cormier of Grande Prairies, AB and Todd (Kim) Goguen of Bathurst; five grandchildren, Chris (Carol), Jeffrey (Chantal), Emily (Jason), Vincent and Martin; one great-grandson, Riley; one sister, Edith (Jack) Schofield of Moncton and by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry, one sister Sharon and by two brothers Fred and Otty.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Friday, March 27 from 6 to 8 pm and will be followed by a service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at the Saint Thomas de Memramcook cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, Down Syndromes Society or Donor’s choice.
