Leopold Gaudet

GAUDET, LEOPOLD
Leopold Gaudet of Foyer Saint Thomas (formerly of La Montain) passed away at his residence on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the age of 79. Born on November 30, 1935 in St-Joseph, he was the son of the late Leandre Gaudet and the late Marie Breau.
He was a retired school bus driver and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Yvonne; one daughter, Lisa (Jean-Claude) LeBlanc of La Montain; four sons, Maurice (Pauline) of Dieppe, Georges of Red Deer, AB, Roger of St-Joseph and Donald (Anita) of Pre-D’en-Haut; 12 grandchildren; Joline, Sophie, Christine, Stephane, Gabriel, Kevin, Randy, Santana, Sasha, Ryan, Nigel and Zoe; three great-grandchildren: Bradley, Raphaëlle, Caleb; one sister, Edmée Belliveau of Dieppe; one brother, Louis-Philippe (Charlotte) of Dieppe; a special friend, Ronald and by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his infant son, Joseph; four sisters, Lorraine, Geraldine, Leona and Zita and by seven brothers, Joseph-Camille, Eric, Emile, Albert, Yvon, Aurele and Lucien.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Wednesday, April 15 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook church, St-Joseph on Thursday April 16 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
