McDONALD, GRACE
It is with sadness that the family of Grace Lougene McDonald, age 92, wife of John McDonald, of Sussex, NB, announce her death, which occurred at the Kiwanis Nursing Home, Sussex, NB, on April 18, 2015. She was born on March 24, 1923, in Wickham, NB, the daughter of the late George and Annie (Logue) Mott.
Grace is survived by her husband John; daughter Barbara Duncan of Wickham, NB; sons Clair and Shirley Bostwick of Kingston, ON, Malcolm and Barb Bostwick of Grand Bay Westfield and Donnie and Pat Bostwick of Saint John, NB; step-sons John and Scott McDonald; several grandchildren; sisters Lilly Barnes of McDonald’s Point, NB, and Ruth and Bert Norrad of Sussex, NB, and Pat and Ove Samuelsen of Sackville, NB; brother Irvin and Verna Mott of Saint John, NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her first husband Walter Bostwick; son Murray Bostwick; sister Georgie Urquhart; brothers Blake and Ivan Mott.
She is resting at Faith Bible Baptist Church, Sussex, NB, with visitation on Monday, from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Timothy MacDonald, will be held from Faith Bible Baptist Fellowship, 33 Pine Street, Sussex, NB, at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Interment will take place in Belyea’s Cove Cemetery in the spring.
