JUSTASON, HAZEL VIVIAN
At the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on June 12, 2015, Mrs. Hazel Vivian (Camick) Justason, wife of the late Melbourne Justason formerly of Deer Island NB. Born on Deer Island on September 16, 1931, she was a daughter of the late William and Stella (Cooke) Camick.
A loving aunt and friend, Hazel is survived by many special nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers: Frank, Howard and Edward; and by sisters: Effie Bradford, Lillian Doughty and Sadie Arbeau.
Prior to retirement, Hazel worked as a packer for H.W. Welch in Fairhaven NB and also for Connor's Bros in Back Bay NB. She always kept busy and active being surrounded by her family and friends. She was a longtime member of the Leonardville Church of Christ.
As keeping with Hazel's wishes there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at the Mount Hope Cemetery, Lord's Cove NB on June 27, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Geoff Conley officiating, assisted by Rev. Maurice Hatfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Leonardville Church of Christ, Lincourt Manor or to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
