MUISE, Eleanor Margaret – age 87, Beacon Street, Yarmouth, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born July 10, 1927 in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Clara Doucette. Eleanor was a homemaker and was a devout member of Saint Ambrose Cathedral Parish, where she was a member of the Matthew 18 prayer group, also having a great devotion to the blessed rosary. She also enjoyed playing bingo and making puzzles. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Walter R. Muise, as well as by her children, Ron (Geraldine) Muise, Mississauga, ON; Sue Muise, Yarmouth; Beverly Muise (Loren Cushing), Chegoggin Point; Kimberly Muise, Yarmouth; daughter-in-law, Judy Muise, Yarmouth. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and a brother, Joseph Doucette, Toronto. Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Carol Zwicker and sons, Harold Muise and Rob Muise, as well as by sisters, Theresa Doucette and Madeline Titus. Visitation took place from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Yarmouth. Funeral mass was held at 1 p.m., Monday, June 22 from Saint Ambrose Cathedral, Yarmouth, Father Gerald David officiated. Burial followed in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Yarmouth.
