The death occurred on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 of Barrie G. Metcalfe of Charlottetown, formerly of Pleasant Grove, age 69 years.
Loving husband of Gail (Layfield) and father of Marsha (Adam) Doiron, Michael (Jennifer) and Jaclyn (Robert Hodder). Grandfather of Breagh Bruce, Kyle and Porter Doiron; Alexander, Samuel and Lucas Metcalfe and Sadie Smith. Survived by brothers, Nelson, Alan, Glen and Rick. Predeceased by his parents, Harold and Mary (Vesey) Metcalfe, and uncle, Arthur Vesey.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Friday from Park Royal United Church at 2 p.m. Interment to take place later.
