The death occurred peacefully at her late residence on Monday, June 29, 2015, of Barbara Christine Palmer of Borden-Carleton, aged 52 years. Barbara was born in Summerside to her loving parents Cecil and Elizabeth (nee Ramsay) Palmer. Besides her parents, she will be missed by her son Nathan Bell of Oakville, ON., and her daughter Taylor Vandeven of Burlington, ON., along with many nieces and nephews. Survived by her brothers and sisters: Eleanor (Bob Doyle), Debbie Palmer, David (Stuart Green), Verna (Kenny) Larkin, Roma (Peter) Johns, Anna Pickerins, and Robert (Tammy) Palmer. By family request, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. A committal service will take place at St. Peter¹s Anglican Cemetery, Lot 11, at a later date.
