KESSELRING, H. DOROTHY
At her residence in Calais, ME on July 4, 2015, Mrs. H. Dorothy (nee Dick) Kesselring, wife of the late Karl Kesselring. Born at L'Etete, NB on April 27, 1912 she was a daughter of the late Frank and Lavenia (Miller) Dick. A loving mother, grandmother and sister, Dorothy is survived by her sons: David (Carrole) Kesselring of Jarrettsville, MD, Eric (Gloria) Kesselring of Langhorne, PA, John Kesselring of L'Etete, NB and Mark Kesselring of St. George, NB; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two nieces: Marion Barry of St. George, NB and Donna Burke of L'Etang, NB; two nephews: Richard Dick of Toronto ON and Ron (Micheline) Dick of L'Etete, NB and by several cousins.
In addition to her husband, Dorothy was predeceased by brothers: Bert, Ward, Harold and James; and by sisters: Vivian Dick and Marion Dick.
Early in life, Dorothy worked as a nursing assistant. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and was an avid bowler. She liked watching baseball and was a well known Red Sox Fan. She will be sadly missed by her loving family.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm. A graveside service will take place at the L'Etete Community Cemetery, L'Etete NB on Thursday at 2 pm.
In Dorothy's memory, donations to your local chapter of the Salvation Army or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
