MELANSON, VICTORINE
Victorine Melanson of Foyer Saint Thomas, Memramcook (formerly of La Hêtrière) passed away at her residence on Sunday July 5, 2015 at the age of 93. Born on July 18, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Adia and Jeanne (Auffrey) Cormier. She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Denise (Roger) Melanson of Little Dover Rd and Florence (Raymond) Landry of La Montain; two sons, Bernard (Murielle Richard) Melanson of Moncton and Ronald (Flo Durelle) Melanson of Dieppe; six grandchildren, Carole, Lisa, Melissa, Rose, Lise and Sophie; five great grandchildren, Maxime, Isabelle, Maya, Damien and Milane; two sisters, Lorraine (Lorenzo) Gaudet of Hartford, Conn and Lucille (late Marcel) Mercier of Dieppe; one brother, Ronald (Stella) Cormier of Pre-D’en-Haut and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Dollard (1996); one infant son, Allain; two sisters, Bernadette and Angela and one brother, Gerard. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Wednesday July 8 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic church on Thursday July 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
