HARRIS, JANETTA "JEAN"
The death of Janetta "Jean" Harris of Cassilis, NB, widow of Stanley Harris occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, July 13, 2015 at the age of 89. Born in Edmonton, NB, Jean was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie (Harris) MacFarlane.
Jean was a homemaker and a member of St. Stephen’s United Church UCW, Red Bank, NB.
Jean is survived by one daughter: Debbie Scott (Bruce) of Saint John, NB; six sons: Tom (Anne) of Coley’s Point, NF, Fred (Patsy), Bob (Mandy), David (Rose), Frankie (Rhonda) all of Cassilis, NB and Richard (Ellen) of Saint John, NB; two sisters: Mildred Ferguson (Donald) Cassilis, NB and Hazel Cayoutte of Saint Quentin, NB and thirteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Jean is predeceased by one sister: Mary Mutch and five brothers: Robert, Emmerson (Sonny), Kenneth, Burton and George.
Visitation will be held at Meadows Funeral Home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 2 PM from St. Stephen’s United Church, Red Bank, NB with Rev. John Fraser officiating. Burial will follow in St. St. Stephen’s United Church Cemetery, Red Bank,NB.
