PERRON, Marcel Louis Joseph

Marcel passed away peacefully on May 9, 2010. He was predeceased by his parents, Irene and Victor; son, Edan Joel (March 14, 1979); one brother and four sisters. He is survived by his children Jesse (Cheryl), Marcel (Joanne), Chris, Ryan, Lanette, Leanne (Peter), Edan Matheiu, Lorianne (Daniel), Lorinde (Patrick) and Lorette (Blair); 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; three brothers and five sisters.
Marcel was born in Gravelbourg, SK in 1941 to parents, Victor and Irene Perron. He grew up on the family farm and attended school in Lac Pelletier, SK. He enjoyed many pastimes including hunting and fishing. He worked in the auto body trade for many years and co-owned Perron Collision in Swift Current, SK. He took great pride in the accomplishments and prosperity of his children and grandchildren. Each one held a very special place in his heart. He was strong and resolute in mind, soul and spirit and will be sadly missed by his family, friends and the community he so dearly loved.
