Goodwin, Larry Owen – 65, Truro passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Colchester East
Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Debert he was the son of Terrance and the late Frances (Alward) Goodwin. Larry attended Cornerstone Assembly Church, Valley. He was a long time employee of Stanfields and was an avid fisherman and enjoyed telling a good joke. Larry loved his car, it was his pride and joy. Survived by his wife of 32 years, Barbara (Roberts) Goodwin; daughter, Sheila (Mike) and grandchildren, Katie, Rachel and Charlie Keetch; sisters, Donna Singer, Cheryl (Paul) Hominick; brother, Duane (Trudy). Larry is predeceased by his brother-in-law, Ronnie. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18 in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19 in Cornerstone Assembly Church, 14 Cornerstone Drive, Valley, Rev. Natasha DeVito officiating.
