The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Friday, August 21, 2015 of Dr. Barry Bartmann of Charlottetown, age 73 years.
Born in Hamilton, ON, Barry was Professor of Political Science at the University of Prince Edward Island.
Beloved brother of Sheila Bartmann. Dearest cousin of Ron (Carmell) Bartman and Donna Lindo. Predeceased by his parents, Werner and Helen (MacDonald) Bartmann.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Hamilton, ON. Visiting hours on Thursday from 3-5 p.m. Family flowers only, if so desired, memorials to Parkinson Society or Atlantic Veterinary College of UPEI - Small Animal Hospital.
