Peacefully at Whisperwood Villa on Monday, August 31, 2015 of Edgar "Eddie" Acorn of Charlottetown, age 84 years.
Beloved husband of Dorothy (Smith). Loving father of Paul (Sandra) and JoAnn Proud. Grampy to Vanessa (Nick) Clements, Nicolle (Chris) Downey, Sonya (Lucas) Vanneste, Katie and Jillian Proud and 6 great-grandchildren. Brother of Hassie (Joan) Acorn, Claudia "Rusty" Keenan and Tanya Acorn (Ken Rozee). Brother-in-law of Donna Acorn.
Predeceased by his parents, Franklyn "Duck" and Claudia Acorn, brother, Franklyn, and brother-in-law, David Keenan.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Thursday from St. Peter's Cathedral at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery.
