LÉGER, LÉANDRE
1944 - 2015
Léandre Léger, 71 of Foyer Lisa Allain, Bouctouche and formerly of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Monday, September 28, 2015. Born in Saint-Paul, he was the son of the late Raymond and the late Marguerite (Léger) Léger.
He will be sadly missed by his five sisters; Lorraine Jaillet of Bouctouche Bay, Marie Fillmore (Danny) of Claireville, Florine Pitre (Léonard), Edna Henri (Valmond) of Waltham, Mass., Emma Bastarache (Normand) of Marlboro, Mass., his three brothers; Léo (Délcina), Laurie of Saint-Paul and Pierre of Waltham, Mass and several nephews and nieces.
Léandre was predeceased by four sisters; Alfreda, Alma, Géraldine, Patsy and five brothers; Alfred, Ben, Eloie, Oscar and Denis.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Paul on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul Church on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Léandre’s memory donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
