Peacefully at Whisperwood Villa on Monday, October 5, 2015 of Hazel Jean Smith (nee MacEachern) of Pownal, age 105 years.
Beloved wife of the late Harold P. Smith. Loving mother of the late Winston (Janet), James (Dale), Donald (the late Marjorie), David (Shirley), Marilyn (David) Blanchard, Ian (Lorna) and the late Ronald (Ivy White). Grammie to 22 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Lawson (the late Ruth) MacEachern. Predeceased by brothers Leigh (Adele) and Kenneth MacEachern and 9 brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan chapel. Funeral Thursday from St. Andrew's United Church, Vernon at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
Family flowers only, however if so desired, memorials to St. Andrew's Cemetery or Pat and The Elephant would be appreciated.
