WOOD, MAE
It is with great sadness that the family of Mae Wood announces her passing, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on October 21, 2015. Born in Butternut Ridge, NB, on October 7, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Della Hall.
Mae is survived by her husband Glendon Wood of Grand Bay-Westfield, NB; daughters, Stacey Wood (Keith) of Saint John, NB, and Heather Wood (Neil) of Fredericton, NB; brother, Floyd Hall of Cambridge Narrows, NB, and half-sister Winona Wilson of River Glade, NB.
In addition to her parents, Mae was predeceased by her sister Phyllis.
There will be no visitation by request of the family. A funeral service will be held at the French Lake Baptist Church on Monday, October 26, 2015, at 2:00 pm, with The Rev. Paul Thompson as officiant. Interment will take place in the Wood Cemetery following the service with a reception to follow.
Donations in Mae’s memory may be made to the New Brunswick Lung Association.
