Cathy Ann (Callie) passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on October 30, 2015, in the presence of her loving family and friends, at the age of 42. Leaving behind to cherish her memory and celebrate a beautiful life, are her father Bernard (Ellen), mother Regina, brother BJ (Yolanda), sister Joelene, nephew Daniel and niece Taylor. Remembered by her caregiver of 14 years, Christine (Pat). Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the ICU, Health Science Centre.
