RICHARD, RHÉAL
1944 – 2015
Rhéal Richard, 71, of Foyer Jean-Marie Allain, Bouctouche and formerly of Richiboucto-Village, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Thursday December 10, 2015. Born in Richiboucto, he was the son of the late Freddie and the late Céline (Richard) Richard.
Rhéal served in the Canadian Army and did peace keeping overseas.
He will be sadly missed by his two children; Lise Chiasson (Denis) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Marcel (Janick) of Saint-Charles, three granddaughters; Eugenie, Jannelle and Maria and the mother of his children, Thérèse Richard of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent. He also leaves to mourn one sister Simonne Girouard (Guy) of Burlington, Mass, three brothers; Jean-Marie (Andréa) of Saint-Ignace, Roméo (Jeanne) and Bernard (Jeannette) of Cape-Lumière and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by three sisters, Sylvia, Rose-Marie and Nicole and one brother Adrien.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richiboucto-Village on Tuesday December 15, 2015 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery.
