At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, of John “Jackie” Harold Bryanton, Cornwall, age 70 years. Predeceased by his fiancée Vera Giesbercht. Dear son of Muriel Bryanton. Dear father of Brenda, Shelly Good (Kenny) and Andrew (Melissa Pitre). Loving grandfather of Daniel, David, Matthew, Samantha, Dawson, Kourtney and Stacey and great-grandfather of Colbi, Tyson, Victoria, Sophie, Thomas and Blake. Brother of Fran Harding (Les, deceased), Ann Champion (Gordon, deceased), Evelyn Mill (Bill), Irene Bryanton (Leigh Morell), Shirley MacLeod (Alan), Elmer (Catherine Fraser) and Roger (Cindy). Brother-in-law of Olive Bryanton and Thelma Bryanton. Jack is lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Maynard Bryanton, and by his siblings Harold Bryanton, Carl Bryanton, Faye Bryanton, Wyman Bryanton. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment in Malpeque United Church Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Hospice P.E.I. True Brothers Lodge No. 8, Crapaud, will hold a memorial service at the funeral home Tuesday evening at 9 p.m. All brethren welcome.
