Robert Wayne White, firstborn son of George and Emily White, originally from Princeton, Newfoundland and Labrador but latterly Whitecourt, Alberta. Passed away surrounded by his children and grandson in Edmonton, Alberta on December 11, 2015. Preceded by his loving father, George, and dear brother Ron, Bob leaves his endlessly devoted mother, Emily, sons Robert and Randy and daughter Renee. Grandchildren Ashton and Alyssa loved their Poppy. Bob’s brothers Bill and Dave, with his sisters, Jocelyn, Jacque, Cindy, Tracy and Trudy, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends share the heartache. A celebration of his life took place at 11 AM on December 16, 2015 at The Whitecourt Seniors Circle, with Reception to follow. A full life, and a very full, generous heart, we will always love and miss you, Dad. We hope that eventually, the tears will give way to sad smiles and hopefully, then laughter, when we speak of or think of you – because you would have wanted it this way.
