Passed peacefully away at the Miraquinn Hilltop Manor, Hickman's Harbour on December 18, 2015, Alice Jean Ivany nee Duffett, age 80, from Britannia, Random Island. Predeceased by her parents, William and Theodosa, husband, Oliver and infant daughter; sisters, Amy March, Edna Simmons, (Jim), and Dorothy Ivany (Arthur); brothers, Stuart (Joyce), Willis (Ethel) and Walter (Sophie). Leaving to mourn, brother-in-law, Hedley March; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Donna Hann, took place on December 22, 2015 from the United Church, Britannia. Inurnment, officiated by Major Barbara Pearce, took place for Oliver and Jean from the Mt.
