MANUEL, AUBÉ
Aubé Manuel, of Baie-Ste-Anne, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Mount St-Joseph Nursing Home in Miramichi, NB on Tuesday, January 12th, 2016 at the age 0f 67. Born in Baie-Ste-Anne, NB, he was the son of the late Prospère Manuel and Dorilla (Lirette) Manuel.
Aubé was always in a good mood and was eager to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed going for drives, shinning his car and spending time with friend and family. He devoted much of his time sharing stories of his four wonderful grandchildren.
He is survived by his mother Dorilla (Lirette) Manuel of Baie-Ste-Anne, his daughter Érika (Yves) Leger of Moncton, his son André (Angela DaCunha) Manuel of Oakville, Ont.; his loving grandchildren, Sienna, Éric, Matteus and Annie; the mother of his children, Catherine Daigle; his six brothers, John (Debbie), Eugene (Danielle) of Miramichi, Roger (Alina), Serge (Melinda), Martin (Nicole), Gervais of Baie-Ste-Anne; his seven sisters, Carmeline (Wayne) Lloyd, Théodora Martin, Marie (Bernard) McIntyre, Joanne (Louis) Martin, Bertha (Philippe) Manuel of Baie-Ste-Anne, Lucienne (Bernard) Cook of St-Margaret, Lucie Cook (Melvin) of Miramichi. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Prospère Manuel and his brothers Charles and Gédéon.
Visitations will be at the Salon Sœur Blandine Martin in Baie-Ste-Anne on Friday, January 15th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm; and from 9 to 11 am on Saturday. The funeral services will be at Baie-Ste-Anne Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, January 16th, 2016 at 11 am.
