Allen, Keith Wade
1965-2016
It is with heavy hearts the family of Keith Wade Allen, 50, of Baie Verte, announce his passing on January 12, 2016.
Keith was employed with Bowser's Construction and was previously employed by Ernie's Landscaping for over twenty years. Keith enjoyed construction work and would enthusiastically tackle any project. He had a love of music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He had a great sense of humor, and also loved to arm wrestle.
Keith is survived by his son Jonathan Barrow, Halifax and daughter Autumn Allen, Hampton, NB; his parents, Gary and Jean, Baie Verte; brother Lorne (Maureen), Baie Verte; sisters Phyllis Sprague, Port Elgin, Pam (Jeff) Lamrock, Long Reach, NB, Tanya (Alex Chapman) Hastings, NS, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Jones Funeral Home. At the family's request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 1 pm from Jones Funeral Home's Port Elgin Chapel, 3 West Main Street (506-538-2241).
If so desired, donations in Keith's memory may be made to the Port Elgin Health Clinic, the Baie Verte Cemetery, or a charity of the donor's choice.
