Kaye, Ruth
It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Ruth Arden Kaye on Thursday January 14, 2016 at Loch Lomond Village.
Born December 17, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Frances (Ferguson) Saunders. A lifelong resident of West Saint John, Ruth was a member of St. Jude’s Anglican Parish and worked for many years in the Insurance Industry retiring with Provincial Insurance. She will be sadly missed by son Danny (Edie) Kaye; daughter-in-law Victoria Lendorf; sisters Shirley (Donald) Young, Fredericton, NB, Donna (Rick) Arruda, Fall River, MA; grandchildren Danny (Lana), Grand Bay, NB, Jamie, Moncton, NB; great grandson Dylan, Grand Bay, NB; several nieces and nephews. Beside her parents Ruth was predeceased by husband Wardlow; beloved sons Peter and Mark.
Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John (634-1701). Visitation will be held on Saturday January 16, 2016 (6:00 to 8:00 pm) and Sunday January 17, 2016 (2:00 to 4:00 pm & 6:00 to 8:00 pm). A Funeral Service will be held at Castle Funeral Home Chapel on Monday January 18, 2016 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
