BEERS, HAZEL
Hazel Sarrah Beers passed away peacefully at the W.G. Bishop Nursing Home, Minto, NB, on Wednesday, January 20th, 2016 at 93 years of age. Born in Salmon River, NB daughter of the late James (Kathleen Henderson) Fulton.
Hazel was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her loving husband, Gerald; sons, Martin (Cheryl) Beers and Ford (Shirley) Beers; grandchildren, Kirk and Chris Beers, Carol; (Mark) Green, Laurie (Stephen) Pearson; great-grandchildren, Jarrod, Matthew, Jonathan Beers; Rylie, Jensen Green; Simon, Oliver, Hunter and Mya Pearson; several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by sisters, Beulah Stewart and Kathleen Rogers and Madge Wasson; brothers, Howard, James, Ford and Lloyd Fulton; grandson, Kirby Beers.
Hazel loved people and helped everyone she could. She loved music and loved to dance. She had a wonderful positive outlook on life and she would say “There was never a cloud the sun didn’t shine through”. She was our angel on earth and now she’s our angel in heaven.
Visitation will be held at the Chipman Funeral Home on Saturday, January 23rd, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. Funeral Service will be held at the Chipman United Church on Sunday, January 24th, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Carl and Evelyn Brewer officiating.
