It is with great sadness that the family of the late JOHN M. HAUSE of St. Lawrence announces his passing at the U.S. Memorial Health Care Centre in St. Lawrence, on Friday, January 22nd, 2016, at the age of 84. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife, Bertha of 61 years; daughters, Betty Pike of London, ON, Rhonda (Brad) Hewlette of London, ON, Diane (Edward) Norman of St. Lawrence, Brenda (Kirk) Ryan of Marathon, ON, Charmaine (Maurice) Tarrant of Torbay and Trudy Hause of Yellowknife, NWT; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren sisters, Bertha (Gerald) Osbourne of Lewisporte and Mae Murphy of Lawn; brothers, Bill (Lillian) Hause of AB, Donald (Wanda) Hawse of BC, Melvin (Linda) Hause of BC, Henry Hause of ON and Tommy Hause of ON; sisters-in-law Dorothy Haskell of St. Lawrence, Laura Burry of St. John’s and Madeline Pike of St. Lawrence; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by son, John Wayne; parents, Joseph & Edna Hause; brothers, Maxwell, George, Joseph & Clifford Hause; sisters, Beatrice Hause, Charlotte Pike & Corrina Clarke; sisters-in-law, Mildred Goobie, Rita Fawcett, Jessie Pike & Mary Pike; and brothers-in-law, Newman Pike, Stanley Pike, Sam Burry, Rueben Pike, Howard Pike, Tom Haskell, Hayward Goobie & Bob Fawcett.

The Funeral Service took place at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church in St. Lawrence, on Tuesday, January 26th, at 2:00 p.m. Inurnment followed at St. Matthew’s Anglican Cemetery in St. Lawrence. In John’s memory donations may be made to St. Matthew’s Anglican Church or flowers gratefully accepted.
