It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Victor Charles Foley the third, son of Victor Charles Foley Jr. and Joan Barbara Bernard (nee Anthony) and step son to Lucy Foley on February 08, 2016. Vickie (as he was known to loved ones) was predeceased by brothers Randall Victor Foley and Tony Roland Foley as well as mother Joan Barbara Bernard. He is survived by father Victor Charles Foley Jr. and sisters Chrystol Lynn Szoges and Deborah Lynn Hunter. Vickie died suddenly in his Alberta home of a Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage. He will be sadly missed by his three children, Jeffery, Victor the fourth and daughter Brittni along with his grandchildren Joshwa, Brian, Xander, Tyffani and Charisma. Those of us who had the privilege of knowing Vic mourn his passing deeply. We all miss him dearly. He will be remembered as a generous smiling soul. He was taken too soon. A public memorial is not planned but if you wish please make a donation to your favorite charity in Vic's name.
