Peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Friday, February 12, 2016 of Myrtle (MacKinnon) MacRae of Charlottetown in her 80th year.
Wife of Duncan. Dear mother of Maureen MacAdam (deceased), Dodie (John) Toombs, Gary MacKinnon (Kyndra Shupe), Frankie MacKinnon (deceased), Darlene (Carl) Molyneaux, Blaine (Norma) MacKinnon and Trevor (Dana) MacKinnon. Nanny Kinnon to Jack and Hayden MacKinnon, Frankie Molyneaux, MaKenzi MacKinnon, Logan and Maureena MacKinnon, and Tiernan Arnason. Sister of Debbie Mahar (Roger), Barb, Mary, Arlene
(deceased) and Bill (deceased).
She was also predeceased by her parents, Tom and Mae (MacDonald) McGuigan, her first husband, Adolphus MacKinnon, and special grandmother, Margaret Anne (Momma) (Gallant) MacDonald.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Wednesday morning, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m.
