HART, Robert Samuel “Bob” – 86, Carrs Brook, Economy, Colchester County, passed away peacefully at home, on Saturday, February 20, 2016, following a lengthy illness with olivopontocerebellar atrophy and is now at rest. Born in Wallasey, England, he was a son of the late Samuel and Elizabeth (Worrall) Hart. Bob served with Royal Artillery but was invalidated out before service. After this, he worked with Classic Books and then with Warner Dans where he worked on the skyboxes at Skydome and at Trump Towers where he met Donald Trump. When he moved to Nova Scotia, he worked for Nova Pak before retiring. Bob is survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Margaret McLellan-Hart; sons, Stephen Hart, David Hart, Colin Hart; sister, Mavis (Jim) Campbell; brother, Ellis (Christine) Hart, all of England; step-children, Travis (Ardell) Caudle, New Waterford; Shana Caudle (Dane Eresman), Calgary; Cody Caudle (Katie Ferrier), Economy and Mount Forest, Ontario; Bronwyn (Michael) Di Chiazza, Toronto, Ontario; several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Interment will be held at a later date in Economy Cemetery. If so desired, donations in Bob’s memory to Royal Canadian Legion, Cobequid Branch 72, Great Village are welcomed.
