Edda Grace Ferguson, age 87, Truro, and formerly of Sydney, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2016, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Grace (Jackson) Phillips.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m., and funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m., both in First United Church, Truro, Rev. Valerie Kingsbury officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Old Barns Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First United Church, Colchester East Hants Health Foundation – Palliative Care or Colchester East Hants Hospice Society.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
